Terms & Conditions

MySnap is a directory that helps customers find photographers and contact them directly. We are not a party to any booking, price, payment or contract between a customer and a photographer, and we do not guarantee the quality of any photographer's work.

• Give accurate details about yourself or your studio, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your login private. You are responsible for anything done from your account.
• Profiles and new photos go live only after our team approves them. We may refuse, suspend or remove any profile.
• If you connect Instagram, your latest Instagram posts may be shown on your page. These rules apply to them too, and you can disconnect at any time.

By uploading photos, text, packages or any other content ("your content"), you confirm that:

• you created it or own the rights to use it, and it does not copy or infringe anyone else's work;
• you have the consent of every identifiable person in your photos, and of a parent or guardian for anyone under 18;
• it follows these terms and the law.

You are solely and fully responsible for your content. If you upload content that breaks these terms or the law, the responsibility and any resulting claims, losses or legal action are yours alone, not MySnap's. You agree to compensate MySnap for any claim made against us because of your content. Our approval of a photo does not transfer this responsibility to us.

Do not upload, and do not link to:

• nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content, including "boudoir" or implied-nude work;
• any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a child, which we report to the authorities;
• graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or cruelty to animals;
• hateful, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory content;
• other people's personal or sensitive information, such as ID documents, addresses or phone numbers;
• photos taken from other photographers or the internet, or with someone else's watermark;
• anything illegal, misleading, or promoting illegal activity.

We may remove any content and suspend any account that breaks these rules, without notice.

You keep ownership of your content. You give MySnap a free, non-exclusive permission to show it on the site and in link previews (for example when your page is shared on WhatsApp) so customers can find you. This ends when you remove the content or your account.

• Customer details in an inquiry are shared with you only so you can reply about that request. Do not use them for anything else, and do not share or sell them.
• Reviews are customers' own opinions. We may hide reviews that break these terms, but we do not edit them.

MySnap is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from bookings, payments, disputes between customers and photographers, content uploaded by users, or the site being unavailable.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use MySnap means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India. To report content or ask a question, write to support@mysnap.in.
