Privacy Policy

• Photographers: name or studio name, page address, email and password (for login), phone, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook links, address and map location (if you add them), city, categories, about text, packages and photos.
• Photographers who connect Instagram: your Instagram username and an access token that lets us show your latest posts. The token is stored securely on our server, never shown to anyone, and deleted when you disconnect.
• Customers sending an inquiry: name, phone number, event type, event date and your message.
• Reviewers: name, rating and comment, which are shown publicly, and an email or mobile number, which is kept private and used only to allow one review per person.
• Usage counts: how many times a photographer's page is viewed and their contact buttons are tapped. These counts are not linked to your name, phone or IP address.

• To show photographer profiles and let customers search and contact them.
• To deliver your inquiry to the photographer you chose, and, if enabled, notify them by email.
• To review new profiles and photos, prevent spam and abuse, and keep the site safe.
• To show photographers and admins simple statistics such as views and inquiries.

• Everything on a photographer's public page (profile, photos, packages, contact buttons) is visible to anyone once approved.
• An inquiry is visible only to the photographer it was sent to. MySnap admins cannot read it; they see only how many inquiries were sent.
• A photographer's login email is never shown publicly.
• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Data is stored with Supabase (database, file storage and login) and the site is hosted on Vercel. If inquiry emails are enabled, they are sent through Resend. If a photographer connects Instagram, their posts are loaded from Instagram (Meta). These providers process data only to run the service for us.

We use a login cookie only for photographers and admins who sign in. Your browser also remembers your light/dark theme choice and whether you already viewed a page today (so a view is counted once). There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Photographers can edit their profile, photos and packages at any time from their dashboard. We keep data while an account is active. To delete your account, or to ask for an inquiry or review about you to be removed, write to support@mysnap.in and we will act on it.

Access to data is restricted by database rules, so photographers can only change their own information. No method is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. Photographer accounts are for people aged 18 or over.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continuing to use MySnap after a change means you accept the updated policy.
